Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact UPS and file a lost or stolen package claim at 887-524-4489 or visit them online at UPS Claims

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received,
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout (Billing Address).
Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping Address. Addresses that do not comply, will not be processed.
Due to volume, we are unable to combine shipping on multiple order.
DOMESTIC
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, priced at a flat rate of $10.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped UPS Ground at a flat rate of $22.
